Development environment and workflow setup
Configure required tooling, establish the pull-request workflow, and complete orientation activities before cohort platforms are available.
Week 1 focuses on preparation rather than project development. Participants confirm Cursor and Claude Code subscriptions, configure their development environment, learn the cohort delivery workflow, and complete a first structured code submission. Following the refund window, the roster is finalized and the six-week Summer Pilot moves into Phase 1.
