Projects, requirements, and assessment
Each project requires a working software system, production deployment evidence, documentation, and peer technical review. During Phase 1 review weeks, participants evaluate every peer submission, then cast a private vote. The selected system operates for the cohort.
Onboarding
Phase 1 · Internal (review weeks)
- Week 2Project management platformReview weekDevelop a project management platform that the cohort will use to track projects, tasks, and assignments for the remainder of the pilot.
- Week 3Internal communications platformReview weekDevelop an internal communications platform to replace Discord as the cohort's primary communication channel.
- Week 4Public showcase platformReview weekDevelop a public-facing website presenting the cohort to hiring partners and external audiences.
- Week 5Ecosystem unificationThe three Phase 1 winning platforms are integrated into a single linked ecosystem.
Phase 2 · External
- Week 6Learning applicationDevelop and launch a learning application on a topic of your choice; success is measured by external user adoption during the final sprint.
- Week 6Startup ventureDevelop a venture package: investor materials, business plan, and a production application with external-user evidence.
- Week 6Open source contributionContribute at least one merged pull request to a qualified open-source project, tracked through the final sprint.
